Click on ‘My account’ at the top right to arrive at the login / registration page. Fill in all fields with an *. For a secure password, we recommend that you make a combination of characters, numbers and letters of at least 6 characters. You need the password and your e-mail address to log in.
If you want to receive information about trends, promotions and discount codes from Mega Home Market, you can sign up for our newsletter during your registration.
Confirm your details by clicking the ‘Continue’ button. You will then be redirected to your account.

Changing customer data

When you are logged in, you can change your name, e-mail address and password under ‘Personal data.
To change something, click on the appropriate field. When you’re done with this, click ‘Save’ to confirm your changes.

If you already have an account, you can easily sign up for the newsletter under ‘Subscriptions’ when you are logged in.

I have registered for the newsletter, but I do not receive any newsletters. How is that possible?

Have you already clicked the link in the confirmation email to register? The registration for the newsletter is only successful when you have clicked the link in the confirmation email. . If your e-mail program has a spam filter, make sure to add newsletter@megahomemarket.com to your address book so that our newsletters reach your inbox. Do not mark our e-mail address as junk, because then you will no longer receive other e-mails from us (for example the order or shipping confirmation).

Where can I view the details of my order?

Under ‘My orders’ you will find an overview of your most recent orders. When you click on ‘View order’, you will get a detailed overview of your order.

When you have found the desired item, click on the button ‘Add to the shopping cart’. You can go to your shopping cart at any time by clicking ‘To cart’ at the top right or by adding items. Complete your order by clicking on ‘Proceed to checkout’.

A valid e-mail address, billing and delivery address are required for a successful order. In addition, we also need your telephone number so that the external furniture transport company, if applicable, can contact you quickly to make a delivery appointment.
A detailed description of the ordering process can be found in our Terms and Conditions. An order by telephone or e-mail is not possible due to privacy protection.

The offer of www.megahomemarket.com is only aimed at customers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (Benelux).

How quickly will I receive my order?

Many products are ready to ship within 48 hours and can be shipped within a few days. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product detail page. The delivery time indicated on the detail pages applies to shipments within Belgium.

Questions about discounts/promotions

How can I redeem a discount coupon?

When you have finished shopping and want to complete the order, you can enter the discount coupon code at the bottom left of the overview of your shopping cart. Click on the field ‘Do you have a discount voucher?’, enter your discount code consisting of letters and numbers and confirm with the button ‘Apply discount voucher’. Note the following:
  • When copying the discount code, make sure not to copy any superfluous characters
  • A distinction is made between upper and lower case letters
  • Only use a valid discount code
  • You can only use each discount code once
The discount amount is immediately deducted from the total price and the message ‘The discount code has been successfully submitted’ appears at the top of the page.

How can I remove my discount code from the shopping cart?

When you click on ‘Delete’ next to the discount code, the discount code will be removed. At the top of the page a message will appear that the discount code has been removed. It is not possible to hand in a voucher after completing the order.

Why have I not received confirmation of my order?

You will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address you provided within 48 hours of placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you do not find confirmation of the order there either, please contact us.
Delivery or pick up
When you use our delivery service, we deliver the order (on a pallet) to the front door on the ground floor, provided that the delivery location is easily accessible by delivery van/truck. If the delivery location is not accessible by the delivery van/truck, delivery will be made at the first obstacle. We use both our own delivery service and an external delivery service for deliveries. You can of course also choose to pick up your order. We ensure that your order is ready on the agreed date in our store or warehouse in Antwerp.
Not delivered despite delivery confirmation

Why is the order not delivered despite received shipping confirmation?

If the status of your order says ‘shipped’, but you have not received any products, first check the tracking system of our shipping partners to see if your package has been delivered to the neighbors or the post office. If you have received a shipping number, please contact us. Please note that not all of our shipping partners are able to provide us with the necessary shipping information.
Change delivery date

Can I receive my order on a desired date?

When your order is sent as a package, a later delivery date is unfortunately not possible. Deliveries via furniture transport are generally agreed with you by telephone before delivery by our partner. You can then easily discuss the desired delivery date and time with the furniture transport company.
Order status

What is the delivery status of my order?

Under My orders in your account you can view the current status of your order. Once your order has reached the ‘shipped’ status, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your order once it has been processed by the shipping company. It is possible that the transport partner with which your order was shipped does not offer online tracking of the shipment. If that is the case, our customer service will be happy to help you. Then contact us. If the status of your order is ‘delivered’ even though you have not received any goods, we ask you to first check via the online shipment tracking whether the package has been delivered to neighbors or to a collection point. When you have partially received an item, we ask you to wait another two working days. In exceptional cases, packages may be delivered on different days, although they were sent at the same time. If the status of your order in your account remains unchanged or if you have not yet received your order in full after 2 working days, you can send your question directly to our customer service.
Missing item(s)

Why is the order not delivered despite received shipping confirmation?

If your order is delivered incomplete, it may be due to the fact that the delivery takes place through different channels. Check the status of the delivery at My account, under My orders. If the status of the missing product is ‘delivered’, you can send us a message.
Change shipping address

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can check whether a change of address is still possible. please contact us and provide the correct delivery address. If a change is not or no longer possible, we will let you know.

What to do if I have received a damaged item?

What to do if I have received a damaged item?

Please send us a short description, photos and the official name of the part -as described in the installation manual- of the damaged item via the request button. We will check whether the relevant parts are in stock for replacement and send them to you as soon as possible up. If this is not the case, you will receive a return form by e-mail so that the item can be exchanged. Please pack the goods in such a way that they are not damaged during the return shipment, preferably, if still available, in the undamaged and original shipping packaging. If the item has been delivered via furniture transport, it will collect the goods from you again. The collection period will be agreed with you in advance by telephone. After we have received the returned item in our warehouse, the new item will be sent to you as soon as possible.

How can I keep a damaged item?

If your item was delivered damaged, but you nevertheless decide to keep the item, please send us a short description and photos of the damaged item via the request button.
Return item

How can I return an item?

To ensure the fastest possible handling of the return, we ask you to follow the following instructions exactly. If you want to return a previously purchased item, you can simply send us a message via the button on the right. Returns are accepted if packaging has not been opened. When you return a number of items or the entire order, the return costs are for your own account.

If an item was accidentally delivered incorrectly, please send us a short message, photos and the item number as stated on the incorrectly delivered product (if available).
